The University of Basilicata offers support and assistance to students with disabilities throughout their stay at the UNIBAS. It helps students in all matters concerning their academic life, from practical aspects to learning activities through:

• technical assistance with special equipments located in several areas of the University;
• counselling desk to welcome and support disabled students inside the University;
• a tutor-professor in each School/Department.

Several activities are carry out in the Hopeful Garden "Giardino della Speranza", a multimedia room  with several computer positions supplied with  specific software and equipments
